IHL commenced her crumb rubber processing operations in 1991 and has since carved out a niche for herself as a giant in both the Nigerian, African and International Rubber Market.

Our Story
Imoniyame Holdings Limited (IHL) is a wholly indigenous limited liability company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The company commenced operations in 1987 and after an initial three years of Export Trading on Crepe Rubber, Ribbed Smoked Sheets and Crumb Rubber. Inspired by the tremendous potentials of the Nigerian rubber industry and consequent upon the need to strategically expand rubber export production to meet increasing global demand, the company took bold steps in 1990/91 to set up an initial 3 Metric/Ton Dry/Hour Crumb Rubber Export processing plant at Ughelli – Delta State with the funds disbursed through Central Bank of Nigeria under the 1st tranche of an ADB Export Stimulation Loan Scheme. The plant has further expanded to five production lines with a combined installed capacity of 20 Metric Tons per day.
IHL has high quality finished products which received international recognition when it became one of the only three Nigerian rubber processing companies out of over 50 to be formally accredited as a “Quality Crumb Rubber Producer/Supplier” by the leading world (Japanese/American) tyre manufacturer Bridgestone/ Firestone.
IHL has for over two decades remained strategically focused in its crumb rubber export processing business. It has huge yearly crumb rubber sales globally. The company’s principal business interest includes: Rubber plantation management, Rubber lumps production, Processing & exportation of crumb rubber.

First crumb rubber export shipment to Denmark.
CBN Recognition Award for Ranking 9th as the top most non-oil exporting company in Nigeria.
Acquisition of 2000 and 12600 hectares of plantation land in Umaza and Ekenwan, Edo state.
